With many working from home due to pandemic and meeting with others by means such as Zoom, the need for reliable internet connection is important. This particular laptop did not have the 5GHz as an option and also the signal level was poor. Ordered a better WiFi card and replaced default unit. Signal levels much better and customer also has option to select between 2.4GHz and 5GHz.
